I wanted to do a nice starry sky since an evening on the shore of a lake in Canada last summer. The sky was so gorgeous there... We don't have that here. Our population density and the energy consuming habit of the gouvernement to illuminate every street corner from sunset to sunsrise don't help either. Conditions were good to practice and I had nothing better to do this evening so here's my progress. Thanks Cat for the advice!

just seeing this now (sorry, exams taking over my life). looks really good! very nice for an urban area. you could try to increase the iso if you wanted brighter stars, but that might just end up too light in the city. good idea about the canadian lake!
